Francesco Oberto, a Michelin Star Chef born in 1986, worked six years at the Pollenzo Agency before arriving at the establishment of his own trattoria in Bra and the restaurant that bears his name. The transition from a simple innkeeper to a star chef has been gradual and the award of the Michelin star by the prestigious guide represents the culmination of a life path made up of sacrifices and commitment to finding one’s way of life in haute cuisine. Francesco Oberto, a Michelin Guide chef since 2016, has collaborated with the most renowned and important suppliers of the regions of Langhe and Roero and has worked on a strict selection of traditional dishes and more creative modern recipes.
